Please be advised my treatment room is on the second floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs. Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot across from the building. Please send a text message to 508-988-5716 when you arrive so I can let you in the building.

When booking a service you will be prompted to fill out an electronic intake form. Please complete this before your treatment. Existing clients, you will need to quickly fill this form out again as my system has changed. Sorry for any inconvenience.
